Meet the artist :)

Hello there and thank you so much for being here! My name is Vanessa Rosas and I am the artist, designer, and silversmith behind The Aligned Pine. Creating jewelry has always been a passion of mine (I have been making different kinds for over 10 years now), and silver is the most precious metal to me.

The outdoors is one of the places where I feel most myself- the fresh air on my face, the sound of leaves and dirt crunching underneath my feet, the aliveness I feel when swimming in a lake, the awe I feel when I see a beautiful pine tree- so I decided to combine everything I love into one big passion project. There is so much thought and meaning that go into every part of this process- the designing of critters and pendants, the decisions when choosing stones, how I position my arms when engraving, my instagram posts to show off my work...So I hope you feel this thoughtfulness when you wear my pieces. I hope that you are reminded of the beautiful outdoors that inspire. And most importantly, I hope you remember that you too can make any of your dreams a reality. It will change your life!
