How do I find out my ring size?
The best way to find out your ring size is to visit a local jewelry store or jeweler and ask them to measure your finger so you can get the most accurate measurement. However, if you know me in person you can also ask me to help you, as I have tools to do so :)

How do I care for my piece?
Each piece is handcrafted with care using sterling silver and natural stones. I use sterling silver because with proper care, these pieces are meant to last a lifetime and be passed on. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes. When you’re not wearing your piece, store it somewhere dry. Please note that with time, any material is prone to some tarnishing or oxidization. However, you can easily restore the silver's shine by gently polishing it with a soft jewelry cloth. A polishing cloth is included with each purchase.
Can I return an item?
At this moment, I do not offer returns on items as most pieces are one of a kind or made to order for your specific size. I do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or natural wear and tear. However, I understand that things happen so please contact me if you have an issue and we will find a solution together. I want you to adore your piece and feel the love I have poured into it. If you are not satisfied, please send me a message.
Before you checkout, please double check that sizing, shipping address, and email are all correct. If you enter incorrect information, please let me know as soon as possible so I can do my best to update it before shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
Because each piece is handcrafted, exchanges are accepted at my discretion. Please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order with the reason, and I’ll be happy to see what can be done!
Do you do custom orders?
I do! I am happy to work with you to create an idea you have in mind and make it come to life. Simply send me a message, and let's see what we can create!
What is made-to-order?
A made-to-order piece is created just for you after your purchase, rather than being pre-made and kept in stock. These are designs I can recreate to fit your exact size. You can browse made-to-order pieces here. Since each one is handmade, there may be gentle variations that make your piece truly one of a kind. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be made.
